Dr. Robert Nyakoe

Robert Nyakoe is a South African clinician-researcher in obstetrics and maternal–fetal medicine, affiliated with Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital. His work centers on high-risk pregnancy in resource-constrained settings, with a strong focus on improving maternal and neonatal outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice and policy adherence.

His recent publications explore HIV vertical transmission prevention, evaluation of predictive tools for early-onset pre-eclampsia, and complex pregnancies involving organ transplantation and portal hypertension.
