David Kloeck is a physician–researcher recognized for leadership in international resuscitation science and guideline development. He has contributed extensively to the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation and collaborates with major cardiovascular and emergency care organizations on global consensus statements shaping practice in basic, advanced, pediatric, and neonatal life support.

His scholarship centers on evidence synthesis and treatment recommendations in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency cardiovascular care.
