Dr. Elizea Horne

Elizea Horne is a clinical researcher whose work centers on infectious diseases, with a strong focus on HIV prevention and COVID-19 vaccine evaluation. Affiliated with major multicountry trial networks in Africa and the United Kingdom, Horne has contributed to landmark randomized studies assessing vaccine efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity across diverse populations.

Her research spans large phase trials of the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 and BNT162b2 vaccines, including analyses of variant-specific protection, durability of immune responses, and booster effectiveness.
