Miss Naeema Hussein El Kout

Naeema Hussein El Kout is a health sciences researcher whose work centers on disability, rehabilitation policy, and health systems implementation in South Africa. Her scholarship closely examines the Framework and Strategy for Disability and Rehabilitation (FSDR), with a focus on strengthening equitable access to rehabilitation services and advancing the rights of persons with disabilities.
