Overview
Supports early clinical testing of medicines with novel mechanisms or neuromodulation devices for mental disorders. Study designs must test the proposed mechanism and connect target modulation with physiological, behavioural or clinical effects.
Eligibility
Wits may apply as a non-US higher education institution. Proposals must fit this call and the mission of a participating institute; institutional registrations and funder requirements apply.
Additional deadlines
Next application deadline, including permitted resubmissions: 15 October 2026. Submit by 17:00 local time of the applicant organisation. Call expiration: 16 October 2027. This is separate from the application deadline.
