Supports academic–industry partnerships developing and validating bioengineering tools and technologies for significant biomedical needs. Multidisciplinary projects should turn promising innovations into robust tools with a credible route to wider use.
Eligibility
Wits may apply as a non-US higher education institution. Proposals must fit this call and the mission of a participating institute; institutional registrations and funder requirements apply. An academic–industry research partnership is required.
Additional deadlines
Next application deadline, including permitted resubmissions: 27 January 2027. Submit by 17:00 local time of the applicant organisation. Call expiration: 8 September 2027. This is separate from the application deadline.
