Overview
Supports development of biologic treatments for nervous and neuromuscular system disorders, from lead optimisation to initial human trials. Milestone-based projects receive research funding and access to NIH consultants and specialist development services.
Eligibility
Wits may apply as a non-US higher education institution. Proposals must fit this call and the mission of a participating institute; institutional registrations and funder requirements apply.
Additional deadlines
Next application deadline, including permitted resubmissions: 15 January 2027. Submit by 17:00 local time of the applicant organisation. Call expiration: 19 August 2027. This is separate from the application deadline.
