Supports research on ethical, legal and social implications of human genetics and genomics. Projects may combine empirical research with conceptual, legal or normative analysis, including applied work addressing practical genomic issues.
Eligibility
Wits may apply as a non-US higher education institution. Proposals must fit this call and the mission of a participating institute; institutional registrations and funder requirements apply.

Next new-application deadline: 20 October 2026. Next renewal/resubmission/revision deadline, where permitted: 18 November 2026. Submit by 17:00 local time of the applicant organisation. Call expiration: 19 November 2026. This is separate from the application deadline.
