Funding amount
NCI applications: up to USD 350,000 in direct costs per year; other participating institutes set no fixed cap
Eligibility
Wits may apply as a non-US higher education institution. Proposals must fit this call and the mission of a participating institute; institutional registrations and funder requirements apply.
Additional deadlines
Next new-application deadline: 5 October 2026. Next renewal/resubmission/revision deadline, where permitted: 5 November 2026. Submit by 17:00 local time of the applicant organisation. Call expiration: 6 November 2026. This is separate from the application deadline. The USD 350,000 annual cap applies to NCI applications; other participating institutes do not specify a fixed cap.
